Nissan Unveils Design for New and Improved Qashqai
The family SUV has received a significant facelift to keep it up to date with modern times, making it more people-focused than ever.

- Nissan has now unveiled a new design for the Qashqai, so that it continues to deliver a fun, distinctive driving experience to customers.
- Updates include a new front and rear end, upgraded interior materials, and of course, the latest technology.
- There’s also a new ‘N-Design’ trim with more bespoke design elements and several advanced features.
Following the recent update of the iconic Juke, Nissan has now unveiled the design for the new Qashqai.
Like the Juke, the Qashqai has also been a long-time favourite – loved for its distinctive design and engaging drive.

Striking exterior enhancements
With a refreshed exterior look, the new Nissan Qashqai now makes an even bolder style statement. Various design tweaks to the front and rear end create a more modern look while allowing the model to retain its identity.
The front grille has been widened to create a more imposing stance, while the LED headlights blend in more seamlessly.
Wheels are now 18” instead of 17” with the previous model, and there is a range of new alloy wheel designs available with selected grades. Among these are sportier 19” and 20” options.
At the back, subtle changes to the rear lights create a sleek look, while the bumper has been slightly modernised.
The new Qashqai has also embraced three new body colours bringing customers more choice. These include Ocean Deep, Pearl White, and Pearl Black.
Next-level interior
Step inside, and you’ll notice more exciting upgrades in the Qashqai’s interior. The driver’s cabin has been given the modern treatment with an updated infotainment system. This includes Google built-in, bringing you access to Google Maps and Google Assistant on the go.

As for visual changes, there’s now an Alcantara trim on the dashboard, doors, and centre console. Ambient interior lighting with selected grades adds a more personal touch with multiple colours to choose from.
Other technical upgrades with the new Qashqai include improvements to the Around View Monitor (AVM). This has been updated to bring drivers more convenience when manoeuvring, for added confidence.
N-Design trim
With a brand-new trim option, the Nissan Qashqai offers more aggressive styling features. Sitting alongside the Tekna trim, the new N-Design spec includes:
- Grade-specific body colour bumpers, side mouldings and wheel arches.
- 20” N-Design alloy wheels.
- Grade-specific interior with black Alcantara and leather upholstery.
- Two-tone paint. Ambient interior lighting (customisable).
- Sequential turn signals.
- ‘Super Red’ rear LED lights.
- NissanConnect with Google built-in.
