Fiat has launched a new initiative that could encourage motorists to test drive its award-winning Doblo Cargo light commercial vehicle (LCV).
The company is offering £50 worth of fuel back to any driver who tries out the 2011 International Van of the Year, on top of a free bacon roll.
Motorists who go on to order a Fiat Doblo Cargo could be eligible for £100 cash back, the manufacturer stated.
Gerry Clarke, director at Fiat Professional UK, said the deal could appeal to drivers, particularly as fuel is set to rise in price in April.
"With the price of petrol and diesel on everyone's minds today, this incentive offers great opportunities to claw some fuel back - not just now, but also in the longer term for customers opting to buy a Doblo Cargo," Mr Clarke commented.
The LCV offers fuel economy of up to 58.9mpg and emissions of just 126g/km, despite its large payload.
In related news, the Fiat Doblo Cargo was recently named What Van? Light Van of the Year.
