Motorists in the market for a new family car have been told that the new Mazda 3 is an ideal choice.
Auto Express recently reviewed the model and described it as a "great family hatchback".
In addition to its stylish looks the magazine said the new Mazda 3 is also fun to drive.
"If you're looking for a small family hatchback that's fun to drive, then the Mazda 3 is well worth investigating," the publication explained.
"It's relatively spacious and offers a level of poise and agility that's unmatched by many of its rivals, such as the VW Golf and Vauxhall Astra. Improvements to the suspension and cabin have helped improve comfort and equipment levels too."
Those willing to venture to the top end of the Mazda 3 range will also benefit from TomTom satellite navigation and air conditioning in the five-door car.
Meanwhile, the Japanese firm recently used the SEMA show in Las Vegas to unveil a new green concept version of the Mazda MX-5 Spyder.
