Technicians have undergone extensive, brand-specific training, which ensures that Hyundai owners’ service, parts and body repair requirements can be met within their warranty conditions.
Specialist equipment has been installed in the 28 vehicle bay workshop, and a bespoke servicing and waiting area created for Hyundai customers. The dealership, which already supports the maintenance needs of more than 600 vehicles a month, hopes that the investment will see that figure grow, especially as the number of used vehicles on the UK’s roads continues to rise.
Liam Fenwick, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle, said: “There has been a rise in the number of used vehicles on our roads, which due to age, plus wear and tear, obviously require more servicing and maintenance. We recognise that it can be expensive, which is why Hyundai offers monthly servicing payment plans.
“This investment is fantastic for Hyundai owners in and around Newcastle, bringing approved servicing to the City. I am very pleased with the result of the work. It gives a positive first impression when visiting the dealership and is a great environment for both colleagues and customers.”
Hyundai offers plans which make paying for new car servicing more affordable, allowing customers to pay monthly instalments to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained.
For those outside of their warranty period, Hyundai has launched eSENSEtials, which offers a range of servicing options to suit most budgets.
