Bristol Street Motors Hexham Vauxhall is celebrating after winning a Customer Excellence award from the manufacturer.
The Alemouth Road-dealership, which was presented with the award for the first time, was one of the 50 top-rated dealerships for exemplary customer service in the UK.
Vauxhall’s annual Customer Excellence Awards celebrate the top-performing retailers for the quality of service received in terms of sales, service and after-service. The awards are based purely on feedback from customer surveys, given out when a Vauxhall vehicle has been purchased or serviced.
Gary Bracken, who has been general manager at the Hexham site for three years, was presented the award by Vauxhall representative, Xavier Moreau.
Gary said: “To receive an award that is based entirely on customer feedback is the best indicator that the team is doing a fantastic job.
“I am sure I can speak on everyone’s behalf when I say that we are over the moon to win the award. We have an amazing dealership with state-of-the-art facilities and a motivated team starting their careers, complemented by colleagues that have been with us for more than twenty years.
“The combination of experience and enthusiasm works very well and we have created a presence in the Hexham area, which our Customer Excellence Award will only strengthen.”
