Citroen is poised to update its popular C3 Picasso MPV next month.
From November 1st, the stylish model will be available with a new Euro 5 HDi 110 engine and a six-speed transmission.
On top of this, the VTR+ and exclusive trim levels include a connecting box for USB and Bluetooth functionality.
Perhaps the biggest announcement, however, is that Citroen will unveil a new limited edition version of the MPV in the form of the C3 Picasso Blackcherry.
Powered by a 1.6 HDi 90hp engine and based on the VTR+ model, the special vehicle is styled in cherry red and glossy black and includes dynamic 17-inch cherry red, diamond-tipped alloy wheels.
It also boasts air conditioning, cruise control, electrically adjustable mirrors and electric windows.
Commenting on the updates, Citroen said: "A refined and efficient powerplant, fuel economy is just under 59mpg over a combined cycle with carbon emissions down 5g/km on the Euro 4 unit to just 125g/km."
In related news, Citroen will also update its C5 Saloon and Tourer models next month with the addition of a Euro 5 engine and the company's eTouch Emergency & Assistance System.
