Ford has announced that a new well-equipped and affordable entry level Focus is set for this year's September rush.
With drivers clamouring for the new 61-plate, the manufacturer is to release the Focus Studio, with prices starting from under £14,000.
While increasing its focus on the affordable side of its range, Ford claims the new model will not mean drivers have to go without.
Nigel Sharp, Ford of Britain managing director, said: "With the high end of the new Focus range fully established, we are now making it easier for customers to get behind the wheel at the entry level - and this new Studio model is not only affordable but it is also well equipped, attractive and economical too."
The five-door, 1.6-litre Ti-VCT petrol engine Studio will be a direct replacement for the Focus Sport, which has now sold out meaning five different Focus series remain on sale in the UK.
