The Hyundai ix35 offers huge improvements in design and built quality on its predecessor, the Tuscon, it has been claimed.
According to Honest John, the ix35 is an upgraded model that also manages to preserve the strengths of past Hyundai vehicles, such as good equipment levels and affordability.
Carbon emissions and fuel consumption are both low, while a 4x4 option is also available to drivers, the reviewer noted.
Its engine range includes a powerful 2.0-litre CRDi diesel which can reportedly achieve 51.4mpg, while peace of mind is offered to business and leisure drivers alike through the ix35's five-year unlimited mileage warranty.
"Inside, the Hyundai ix35 not only feels substantial, but also exudes quality. The materials used are high quality and there's a real attention to detail, from the subtle blue backlighting to the Audi-esque leather stitching," the writer commented.
According to the Independent, the ix35 is an SUV "for people who don't really like SUVs".
