The chunky new Suzuki SX4 S-Cross goes on sale on 1 October, priced from £14,999 for SZ3 1.6 petrol model with a manual transmission. This striking new model is Suzuki's first foray into the C Segment Crossover market; a market that's very much on the up in the UK.
The new SX4 S-Cross will be offered with either a 1.6-litre petrol motor or a 1.6-litre DDiS diesel engine, and will offer class leading emissions and low fuel consumption. Indeed, the 1.6DDiS 2WD emits 110g/km of CO2, with 67.2mpg quoted for the combined cycle test.
The choice for customers grows further when it comes to trim options, with four grades available at launch - SZ3, SZ4, SZ-T and SZ5, with all models equipped with seven airbags and ESP as standard.
The SX4 S-Cross mixes Suzuki's extensive small car knowledge with more rugged and rough-stuff-ready styling; something that is very popular with new car buyers at the moment. It's taller suspension also affords drivers a clearer view of the road ahead.
