Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Darlington has been presented with a national award for its dedication to customer service.
The dealership on McMullen Road was presented with the Customer Quality Retailer of the Year award at a conference in Edinburgh after being named as the top ‘large dealership’ in the country for customer satisfaction across the Nissan network.
Judged on customer feedback conducted by Nissan, customer comments included, “the dealership was relaxed and welcoming, the staff were lovely” and “I felt that the staff couldn’t do enough for me”.
Peter Waugh, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Darlington, said: “Here at Bristol Street Motors Darlington we work together as a team to ensure that the entire customer experience is a pleasant and positive one. As a dealership we are proud to receive an award based on customer feedback and it is good to know that our customers are happy with the service they are receiving.
