French car manufacturer Peugeot is doing a few things different to celebrate this year's Children In Need, including giving their famous lion logo a day off.
To begin with, the iconic Pudsey the Bear will become the face of the Peugeot brand for 24 hours tomorrow (November 16th).
Children In Need's well-loved mascot is to pose in exactly the same stance as the Peugeot lion in the logos, whereby the bear will be standing on its side with its two arms raised up to represent a back-to-front 'K'.
Pudsey's day with Peugeot can be viewed on full-page advertisings that are to be printed in such nationwide newspapers as The Sun, The Times and Metro.
A special Children In Need takeover of the French vehicle giant's social media channels will also have Pudsey at the forefront of the action.
Morgan Lecoupeur, UK marketing director for Peugeot, commented: "Peugeot are extremely proud to partner with a charity as iconic and important as BBC Children In Need.
"In this, our first year of partnership, we wanted to drive home the message that everyone at Peugeot is supporting the charity and the excellent work they do for disadvantaged children."
