Peugeot is to launch a limited edition of its new 208 GTi for the UK market, including a range of unique features.
According to the French manufacturer, just 29 UK customers will be able to get their hands on the limited edition model, representing one for each year since the UK launch of the original 205 GTi in 1984, and only 54 will be available around the world.
Each car will be individually numbered, visually exclusive and specified to a high standard with sat-nav and DAB radio - a first for Peugeot.
All of the cars will also feature a Union Jack flag on the lower grille and will be numbered from 01 to 29, with exclusive satin pearlescent white paint and 17" Carbon Onyx Black Alloys.
Production of the GTi is currently scheduled for April 2013, with the launch date in late May.
It follows on closely from the UK launch of 208, which has proven an instant success, with more than 11,000 UK orders since order books opened.
