With awards for three individual models, Renault topped it off by retaining its lead in the ‘Best New Car Finance’ category.
Renault has enjoyed huge success at the 2025 Parkers New Car Awards, taking home not one but four awards.

In this coveted category, it was Renault’s Scenic E-Tech 100% Electric that came out on top.
The electric SUV offers up to 379 miles (WLTP) range, along with an impressive 220hp. Packed with the latest technology, it features two 12” openR screens with up to 50 apps and 30 driver assistance features.
However it wasn’t just the technology that made it go down such a hit. Keith Adams, Editor of Parkers, commented:
“There was one stand-out winner for the Parkers team for 2025. The Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric sets new standards for comfort, dynamics, and usability in the family car market at this price point.

Other features to note include a solarbay opacifying panoramic glass roof which lightens the interior. Plus, a smart rear armrest with two USB-C ports, and up to 38 litres of storage for personal belongings.
If Car of The Year wasn’t enough, the Renault Scenic E-Tech was also voted Best Medium Family Car at the awards.
Its comfort-led interior ensures an enjoyable journey for all passengers with ample head and legroom all around. Features like integrated charging ports and storage options make the interior a liveable space.
What’s more, it also comes fitted with a host of innovative features for top safety. These include Active Driver Assist, a 360-degree 3D camera, Hill Start Assist, and more. Park Assist also ensures that each manoeuvre is seamless with cameras and sensors to guide you.
A compact size, fun driving experience, and upgraded technology. These are possibly some of the things that led to the Renault Clio being named ‘Best First Car’. Not to mention affordability, with a starting price of just £18,395 OTR.
With new hybrid powertrains, the Renault Clio E-Tech full hybrid offers all the benefits of an EV without the need to recharge. This helps to lower running costs - often high on the wish list for new drivers.
With a range of sporty trims, the Renault Clio E-Tech has all the style and more. Features include a new grille and full LED headlights, while on the inside you can expect a 10” digital display and sports-style seats.
Judges said of the Clio’s award win:
“The Clio has been a style leader in the UK since 1991, and the latest generation continues this, while adding in a dash of usable tech, great value pricing and finance, and a fun drive that just makes it irresistible in a highly competitive market sector.”
Finishing off Renault’s string of successes was another coveted win in the Best New Car Finance category. Continuing their lead shows the brand’s dedication to creating desirable, accessible cars for modern needs.
