Renault unveils new Master at CV Show
Renault has unveiled its brand-new Master van, with a range of updates setting the commercial vehicle apart from its predecessor.
The French manufacturer has revealed that the new van will be available with revamped Twin Turbo engines, which will be more powerful with up to 165 hp, yet will return lower fuel consumption, with savings of up to 7.3 mpg.
As well as a redesigned engine, Renault's new range will introduce a new range of technologies, including latest-generation ESC, Grip Xtend, Hill Start Assist, Trailer Swing Assist and a Wide View mirror.
An L4 rear-wheel drive panel-van version of the new Master has also been unveiled, which specifically aims to improve the journey for long distance users and couriers, thanks to the new single rear wheels.
Other new features include a redesigned grille that will help to bring the Master in line with the rest of the brand’s revamped LCV range, which includes the Kangoo and Trafic.
The new Master will be available in the UK from the end of summer 2014, with the LCV available to order from June.
