Remi Taffin, head of Renaultsport F1 track operations, has offered some words of congratulations to red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel after another successful race in India.
The inaugural Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit saw the young German secure arguably his most impressive win and break Nigel Mansell's long-standing record for most laps led in a season.
Vettel's dominance in India comes despite him having already secured the driver's championship for another year.
Commenting on the weekend's proceedings, Mr Taffin said: "Congratulations to Sebastian on a dominant win; he was never headed and shows that even though both titles are won he's not lifting off, which very much fits in with our own mentality at Viry."
The expert also singled out the Lotus Renault GP team for securing another chequered flag.
"Lotus Renault GP has been quick at times over the weekend, but a qualifying blip again made it difficult to finish in the points. We’ll go through everything with them next week to help put in an entire weekend’s performance and finish the season strongly," he added.
