Seat is firing up to launch its new Ultimate Sub8 Performance Pack, mirroring the exact specification of its creation The Seat Leon Cupra 280 - that became the first front-wheel-drive production car to dip under the magic eight-minute N�rburgring Nordschleife lap time.
A Leon SC Cupra 280 fitted with the brand's new Ultimate Sub8 Performance Pack is set to make it a "proper hot hatch" with a more focused nature than the Leon on which it's based. Even with the new performance pack fitted, the Leon Cupra 280 will still be comfortable to drive around town, livening up drivers' daily commutes.
In order to reduce weight, the comprehensive pack results in a bold but simple interior for the Leon Cupra 280, featuring a simple heating system and refined cabin space. Customers will still have a choice of the usual six-speed manual or slick-shifting DSG transmission and given the fact that each car will be built to order, exclusivity is assured.
