A limited special edition Ford Fiesta has been unveiled to the public.
The Fiesta Metal is an ultra-sleek design and only 1,000 models will be released in the UK in three colours.
For fans of the three-door Fiesta Zetec-S, this model is based on the same formula, with chrome twin exhaust pipes, silver-painted front grille surround, front fog light bezels and a Piano Black painted centre stack bezel.
Other external features include Ebony Black leather sports seats with silver stitching, unique floor mats, sports tuning and 17-inch black alloy wheels.
Under the bonnet, the Fiesta Metal has a 1.6-litre, Duratec Ti-VCT petrol engine, which enables the vehicle to reach 62mph in 8.7 seconds.
Commenting on the new model, Anthony Ireson, marketing director at Ford of Britain, said: "This Ford Fiesta special edition gives the customer great exterior styling with an enhanced performance engine. Customers love that we create Fiestas with special features that prove to be real head-turners."
Earlier this month, Ford unveiled its Mondeo Evos Concept, which could be seen in future 2013 Mondeo models.
