Bristol Street Motors West Bromwich Ford has been officially recognised for the standard of its partnership with the Motability Scheme.
The awards, run by Motability Operations, acknowledge outstanding customer service and showcase best practice at Motability dealerships.
Under the Motability Scheme, Bristol Street Motors West Bromwich Ford, which is based on New Swan Lane, offers a choice of vehicles with adaptions, if required, as well as post-purchase support and servicing.

Bristol Street Motors dealerships took five out of the 21 national quarterly awards in Q2 2022.
The Motability Scheme offers affordable, worry-free motoring through an all-inclusive leasing package to help people with disabilities, their families and carers regain or maintain their independence and become mobile.
Those eligible, including anyone who receives the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment, can exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the Motability Scheme. Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are included in the cost of the lease.
