My buying experience was excellent and I will go back to Bristol Street Motors Birmingham.
The dealer gave me all the information in a clear way. The best thing for me was I felt under no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Your salesmen who sold me the car kept me informed throughout the process and was always polite and answered my questions thoroughly.
The salesmen was very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and gave useful information. Good communication throughout and did his utmost best to get the car I wanted as soon as he could.
Your Motability Specialist was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions that I asked. A very good service from the moment I walked in till now, I receive regular phone calls to see how I'm getting on. Excellent.
Very relaxed but professional approach. I felt able to ask even the simplest of questions and felt reassured that there was no pressure to make decisions.
On checking the Motability site, we noticed that Ford had very reasonable deposits on Mondeo type vehicles in comparison to our favoured vehicle which was a Nissan Qashqai however the deposit on the Qashqai went up by 700 in the new quarter. We then phoned all the Ford dealers in our vicinity regarding a test drive in a Mondeo. One competitor dealer had the courtesy to phone back and inform us that he was unable to help, but the others did not bother with the exception of Bristol Street Motors. Your salesman contacted us and said he had a demo although it was not an automatic. We agreed to view and test drive the vehicle which we did later that day.We were really very impressed with the car and asked if there were any available at the time. Your salesman did a check and advised that there were some in the Ford compound. We then advised him that we were Motability customers and that I was waiting for my DLA renewal to come through. This was towards the end of September.I received my renewal and immediately approached your salesmen again with a view to obtaining a Mondeo. He checked but the only ones available were at another dealer. He took the time and effort to contact the dealer with a view to transferring the vehicle of our required specification to his location. In addition he kept us updated at all times on progress of said vehicle. It was with pleasure that we took delivery of the vehicle in spic 'n span condition. If it was not for your salesmen we would have purchased another vehicle elsewhere. It is unusual to come across such a high standard of service especially in the motor industry and we hope that it will continue with our after sales service.
At the beginning of 2010 the car I had failed its MOT, I had heard a radio advert for deals that you were doing on the Citroen C2 VTR. I came down to your dealership with trepidation, I was greeted by a member of your staff. He told me what the deal was and showed me the car etc. Within about an hour, I had left the dealership having purchased a new car.A few months later I started my own business and needed to get rid of the C2, the same member of staff gave me some fantastic advice and managed to get me out of the car' and even gave me a couple of hundred quid back. That was a good feeling especially getting money from a car dealership.Recently I have had to acquire a new car, so my first port of call was Bristol Street Motors, Citroen. Straight into the dealership on the Monday morning, saw the same member of staff and this time I left after about 40 minutes, with the purchase of a new car completed.I find it very difficult, because of the high standards I seem to set myself to be able recommend to family and friends places to buy cars and other consumables etc, purely because the service is not up to standard and therefore I do not want to embarrass myself by recommending somewhere that my let my friends down.In this case I have no problems what so ever in recommending your dealership and especially your New Car Sales Manager and the Sales Executive. Your New Car Sales Manager has looked after me far beyond the call of duty and goes out of his way every time I come in to the dealership to ensure that everything is OK. The Sales Executive, likewise is exactly the same, I believe that they have worked together for a number of years and this does show.To add further praise to your dealership, each time I come in it is nice to see the rest of your staff being polite and interested in their customers, from your receptionist on the front desk to all the other people who are in and about the showroom. There is always a smile and can I help you at all or are you being looked afteretc. It's not often that car dealerships are seen to be getting some good news...so well done.
The sales team were very helpful, the introduction to the new vehicle sales manager and the dealer principal was a nice touch.
From my initial contact at Ford, Worcester to completion, the service i received was exceptional. I was dealt with professionally, friendly, courteously and above all I was not 'rushed' into making a decision. I must admit from my past experiences this was a pleasant and delightful change, I will certainly purchase my next car from there and indeed recommend friends to the Worcester branch. My thanks to all.
The level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail shown by your Motability Specialist was reassuring and very refreshing. It made the whole process far more straightforward and easier than previous experiences.
The dealer kept us informed of progress of car from day one. This was important and kept us informed so that we felt that we were involved with our car from placing the order to driving it away.
I have always used this dealership and I have no complaints at all. The salesperson is very proficient and nothing is too much of a trouble.
