I purchased a Ford Focus from your dealership in Shirley, last week and I wanted to write to commend the staff for their professionalism and friendly approach which combined meant that the choosing and purchasing of my new car was a pleasure.

The difference I felt between this dealership and others I had been to was at no point did I feel pressured into a decision. Your Sales Executive was polite and helpful and had a lovely sense of humour. I felt immediately comfortable in his presence and did not feel defensive or intimidated which I had felt at other main dealerships.

I thought that your Sales Executive was very knowledgeable in his area of business and specifically listened to what I wanted in a new car and also what would fit my lifestyle. I have yet to take delivery of my new car but I have been very impressed with the service received so far and would particularly like to commend Sales Executive in your Gloucester branch who was very helpful and, most importantly, non-pushy.�I had a very particular set of requirements (a small diesel car that could also accommodate a full size Cello case across the back seats) and I was therefore determined to test drive a number of possible vehicles before making a decision, which meant things took a little longer. �Not only did she put a good deal together for us but she didn't try and push us into a close, so thank you very much.

Despite it being my first visit,with a warranty problem, I was treated as a very valued customer.
