I purchased a Ford Focus from your dealership in Shirley, last week and I wanted to write to commend the staff for their professionalism and friendly approach which combined meant that the choosing and purchasing of my new car was a pleasure.

The difference I felt between this dealership and others I had been to was at no point did I feel pressured into a decision. Your Sales Executive was polite and helpful and had a lovely sense of humour. I felt immediately comfortable in his presence and did not feel defensive or intimidated which I had felt at other main dealerships.

I thought that your Sales Executive was very knowledgeable in his area of business and specifically listened to what I wanted in a new car and also what would fit my lifestyle. We tried a couple of models out before I decided on the Focus which I subsequently bought. I felt that the whole experience of buying the car was a pleasant one.

People are often quick to complain about poor service and slow to commend excellent service and it is for this reason that I wanted to highlight the excellent work and the personable staff that you have working in Bristol Street, Shirley.

After having problems with another dealership (not Ford) and subsequent let down, I was hesitant about approaching a dealership unknown to me. A telephone call initially to your Motability Specialist when I enquired if a Mondeo might be available, put me immediately at ease. Her knowledge of the Mobility Scheme is second to none, and she immediately put my mind at rest that I was dealing with an extremely efficient and professional person, who believed in the Company she works for, and spoke with expert knowledge about the vehicle in which I was interested. I was therefore, completely at ease when meeting her for the first time, viewing the vehicle and going on a subsequent test drive. I feel that she could not do enough to help me and ensure that I was completely satisfied from the start to finish of my first purchasing experience with you. The Ford Mondeo is wonderful, I am very very pleased with it. I am totally unable to think of a single thing that could have been done better.

The salesman was excellent, he allayed any doubts, was informative, honest and friendly. He made the buying experience very pleasurable.

Just a quick note to pay compliment to the 2 guys working in the Service Dept at Ford Birmingham. Both displayed excellent customer management skills and worked tirelessly to fit the 2 run-flat tyres to my car whilst I waited. It is customer service like this that makes my decision a lot easier when deciding where to come the next time I need new tyres.

I have yet to take delivery of my new car but I have been very impressed with the service received so far and would particularly like to commend Sales Executive in your Gloucester branch who was very helpful and, most importantly, non-pushy.�I had a very particular set of requirements (a small diesel car that could also accommodate a full size Cello case across the back seats) and I was therefore determined to test drive a number of possible vehicles before making a decision, which meant things took a little longer. �Not only did she put a good deal together for us but she didn't try and push us into a close, so thank you very much.

Despite it being my first visit,with a warranty problem, I was treated as a very valued customer. The receptionist, pursued my problem, kept me fully informed and advised until the problem was fully resolved. She even followed it up with a courtesy call a week later. Excellent service. i will be using Citroen Derby again in the future.
