In the past month I have had my car serviced and MOT'd at this dealer. Both occasions I was impressed with the efficient and pleasant staff who were professional and communicative. This is the first Ford car I have bought in 10 years and my experience has been nothing but positive.

My car door wouldn't close properly as the lock was loose. Once issue identified called the team, took my car straight in and was out within 40 minutes. During this time I waited in a really nice clean (warm!) area, had papers to read and TV to watch and was offered a drink. Once the car was ready I was then asked if I wanted it washed and vacuumed! Just wanted to say I am really pleased with the service that I have received today thank you to the staff for exceeding my expectations.

Just contacting to say thank you for the recent Wheel Bearing work done on my car which we purchased from Gloucester Branch. The reception staff when I called in at the Stroud branch were courteous and professional, & showed this same level when contacted on the phone. The engineer who drove with me in my car to listen to the reported noise, diagnosed the fault within seconds & the repair/replacement was carried out quickly & I am very pleased with the results. I would like to convey my thanks to your very professional service staff at Ford Orpington branch. My first visit back to the dealership after the purchase of my new Mondeo last year. I am still very pleased that I choose BSM over several local dealerships.

The service department at Bristol Street Shirley was absolutely brilliant. I didn't have to wait. A service guy came out & diagnosed the fault - allocated a courtesy vehicle - booked the vehicle in for the following week. Dropped the vehicle off - courtesy car was ready & clean. Phone call from them pm to say the vehicle would be ready for collection same day. This was slightly difficult for us but no problem, collect the following morning. Follow up phone calls from them to ensure all was well. Cannot fault them - (& I can be a picky customer). Very friendly & efficient service for which they deserve a commendation. If all service departments were to this standard, Ford should be very proud.
