I recently went into your Bromley branch on a Sunday afternoon to visit your used car sales team in search of a vehicle for myself. To say the least I have been probably one the most annoying customers phoning everyday several times to check if it's ready yet or what's the status on the service etc.etc. I'd just like to bring to your attention that she has been great, super helpful and she has gone above and beyond expectations. It's this kind of service that will keep happy customers like myself coming back time and again and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Worcester Ford arranges to bring a used car down for Macclesfield Ford for use to view, without obligation. We dealt with your Sales Executive and found him to be extremely helpful and would certainly buy from him again. Less than 48 hours later I had a problem with the car. Within the hour the General Manager came to rescue with a mechanic and a spare car should it have been needed, it wasn't an the problem was fixed within 5 mins. I have been most impressed with the service Worcester have given me and would not hesitate in recommending anyone to buy a car from them. I shall next time I need another car.
