I have yet to take delivery of my new car but I have been very impressed with the service received so far and would particularly like to commend Sales Executive in your Gloucester branch who was very helpful and, most importantly, non-pushy.�I had a very particular set of requirements (a small diesel car that could also accommodate a full size Cello case across the back seats) and I was therefore determined to test drive a number of possible vehicles before making a decision, which meant things took a little longer. �Not only did she put a good deal together for us but she didn't try and push us into a close, so thank you very much.

Salesman was excellent in explaining all finance options, getting the vehicle ready within 2 days for picking up. Controls all explained. The vehicle was handed over with a full tank of petrol. He also rang up a couple of days later to see if everything was OK. The registration documents were received the day after I picked up the vehicle. I asked for mud flaps to be fitted on the vehicle before pick up this was done. I would definitely recommend Bristol Street, Gloucester to friends and family when they are looking for vehicles. I am absolutely thrilled with my Ford Ka. Keep up the good work.
