Salesman was excellent in explaining all finance options, getting the vehicle ready within 2 days for picking up. Controls all explained. The vehicle was handed over with a full tank of petrol. He also rang up a couple of days later to see if everything was OK. The registration documents were received the day after I picked up the vehicle. I asked for mud flaps to be fitted on the vehicle before pick up this was done. I would definitely recommend Bristol Street, Gloucester to friends and family when they are looking for vehicles. I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Bristol Street Motors, Shirley. I took my car in at 9am to the service department for attention to a mirror malfunction. I received a call at 11.30 from the department to say the car was ready for collection. A fast, efficient courteous result without any fuss
