I received excellent service from Gavin who took the time to help me decide which model to have and was never too busy to make time to answer any questions or concerns I had. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible. He was always polite and phoned several times before and after my purchase to see if I was happy with the car.

I banged my wing mirror and popped the casing. I took it up to the dealership during my lunchbreak where a couple of members of staff managed to fix it there and then. This is a great standard of service I've come to expect from Macklin Motors since buying my car last year. Thanks very much.
