I want to make you aware of how pleased we have been to have dealt with your Sales Executive. We have found her to be very approachable, friendly and intelligent with (importantly) a good sense of humour. Throughout our dealings with her she has made us feel like valued customers and nothing has been too much trouble. I am not the easiest customer but Sales Executive dealt with me very well indeed. One thing in particular that we liked was her honesty and openness. When we asked her something that she did not know she told us she would find out and come back to us, which she duly did. Staff were excellent. Any concerns or queries were never to much for him, and no pressure sales tactics. We really like the fact that our car can be picked up for servicing & dropped back to us. We also greatly appreciated the phone calls to check that everything was OK. The car is lovely to drive & everyone enjoys traveling in the car. it's a real pleasure to deal with courteous & professional people unlike mainstream sales & servicing that we have experienced before from other car makers.
