I wanted to express my appreciation of the good service that I received from Bristol Street Motors Ford in Macclesfield when I asked them to investigate a problem with my Ford Fusion. The problem was quickly identified as a wheel bearing problem. A replacement wheel bearing was obtained and fitted that day under warranty and I was able to collect the car as planned.
