Yesterday I took my Mondeo to be serviced at Bristol St Macclesfield, paying for it myself after many years running a company car. I'd like to say what an unexpectedly good experience it was start to finish. First, your pricing is transparent - the price shown on your website was the price I paid; no hidden extras. This was not my previous experience of franchised dealerships, and very welcome. Second, the personal service I received from the people I dealt with was excellent. Third, I was made aware of the complimentary roadside assistance plan which I receive as a result of the service, and is a real bonus. I should also mention that I was impressed I was able to book online, and that the lead time was only a few days. All in all, I'm a very happy customer, will continue to use Bristol St., and will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Please feel free to use this commendation as you wish.
hi- i popped in on spec this morning as my car window was stuck fully open and wouldnt close and i needed someone to look at it urgently as i couldnt leave my car until it was fixed ( albeit a temporary repair ) . The chap i approached was most understanding and helpful- although he couldnt repair it properly on the spot, he managed to get the window closed in approx 2 minutes , so at least i could carry on to work. He even found some tape to put over the window mechanism to prevent me from accidentally opening it again until its fixed properly. This has given me back some faith in big dealerships /companies which i normally associate with impersonal service and poor customer care. please pass my thanks on to him- his name was James and he is an asset to your company if he is always this helpful and sympathetic . very many thanks james

I have had two experiences with the spares department in Crewe and both times I received an excellent service. One lad in particular was really helpful, that help me with my wing mirror.
