A very easy and pleasant experience. I bought a car and even though I travelled approximately 190 miles the car was exactly as described. All the staff that I spoke to were helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly to me.

Hi my name is Kelly I'm a cake maker in Northampton , I started making cakes for a lady last year. I recently bought a Nissan micra privately and I had issues with the battery going flat and I was not supplied with a radio code , The lady was picking up a cake for her sons birthday and mentioned she worked at Nissan in riverside she said pop it down anytime and she will have a look for me , yesterday I turned up to at the service desk and a nice guy took my keys and I was given a drink and biscuits and took a seat , 30 minutes later they called me over took me to my car which had been cleaned to my surprise and I finally had music it was that easy , I've never ever thought of taking my car to a main dealer after yesterday I must defiantly will be taking my Nissan to Bristol street . I did return later with a cake for the service guys but I wanted to let you know how pleased I am.
