I've been liaising with your Sales Executive for a new lease on my Nissan Juke. The service so far has been invaluable and he has delivered on all his promises. The level of service was a lot better than almost all lease companies I've been dealing with and he has been very co-operative in dealing with my concerns. He has even arranged a courtesy car for me in the meantime whilst my new vehicle gets delivered. That also was something that none of the other companies offered me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I dealt with Amy-Isabella and she was amazing. Amy approached me at the right time and knew how and when was the best time to contact me. Also what was best about Amy was she didnt push the 'sales' side too much. I think Amy understood that I was ready and willing to buy my perfect car and I needed that little extra time to ask a million and one questions. Amy was on hand at every occasion and kept me up to date at each stage of the process. This was my first time of dealing with a dealership and also my first brand new car. My wife and I decided to visit Bristol Street Motors Nissan Darlington to look at the new Nissan Note. We were greeted by a young Sales Executive who introduced himself as Hamid.
We were offered tea and coffee, and then the discussions began. We both found Hamid very friendly and courteous. We were there quite a while, at our choosing. But both Hamid and his Manager worked their socks off to get us a satisfactory deal on my new car and trade in.

We purchased a new Nissan Note 1.4 N-TEC + The whole buying experience was great and we never felt under pressure. Everything was spot on.
