I've been liaising with your Sales Executive for a new lease on my Nissan Juke. The service so far has been invaluable and he has delivered on all his promises. The level of service was a lot better than almost all lease companies I've been dealing with and he has been very co-operative in dealing with my concerns. He has even arranged a courtesy car for me in the meantime whilst my new vehicle gets delivered. That also was something that none of the other companies offered me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I would like to reiterate just how pleased I am at the service I received on my last two visits to Bristol street motors. My Nissan Qashqai returned three weeks ago for its second service and I was very impressed at the improvements made to the service department; namely moving the dept into the showroom rather than around the back. I also had cause to return the car today for a rather quirky defect which typically I couldn't replicate when I arrived. Beth and Debbie were a credit to the company as they explained what would happen and that they'd call when the car was ready (which they did). Unlike many companies, I was made to feel like a valued customer at all contact points and they always seemed cheerful, even right at the end of the day when I spoke to Amy the customer manager. It certainly restored my faith in car companies and if I'm truly honest; I would likely return and purchase my next car from yourselves again if this is the service I can expect in the future.

We were very lucky to go to such a friendly car showroom. When we arrived at the showroom we were greeted by the salesman Andrew who asked as what car we were interested in and we said the Nissan Note so he asked us if we would like to go for a test drive. Andrew mentioned that he owned one and what a lovely car it is to drive. We told Andrew what were looking for and when we need it for. We found Andrew to be very friendly and always have time to help us in person and on the phone. He also always had a smile on his face and even when he was busy he returned our call the same day he is a great asset to your company.

Right from the start Amy was helpful letting me test drive some cars. Encouraging me all the way. When choosing my new car she explained all the pros and cons perfectly giving me a better understanding to choose the right car for me and my needs. I have purchased new cars before but the experience with Amy as the sales person made this time like not just buying my first new car but I felt like I was a millionaire buying a Ferrari. The day I picked up my Nissan Micra will remain with me for ever it was sooo amazing I could never Thank Amy enough.

5 Star Aftersales at Nissan Darlington. Contacted Helen regarding noise / rattle when turning steering wheel. Car booked in at 8.30am the next day for technician test drive. Neville identified 2 concerns and immediately put onto ramp in workshop. Within 15 minutes, cause(s) identified, shown to me in workshop and repaired. Neville even offered to have my car washed! Brilliant Customer service :-)
