I've been liaising with your Sales Executive for a new lease on my Nissan Juke. The service so far has been invaluable and he has delivered on all his promises. The level of service was a lot better than almost all lease companies I've been dealing with and he has been very co-operative in dealing with my concerns. He has even arranged a courtesy car for me in the meantime whilst my new vehicle gets delivered. That also was something that none of the other companies offered me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My wife has just got a Juke from the Motability dept but has left it to me to comment the service we received from everyone was absolute 1st class. Especially from the Motability Specialist, she was very professional & clear in her presentation we always felt comfortable in her presence we never felt belittled or pressurised into making any decisions. On the day of delivery we were very impressed with the presentation, the car covered in the red cover the little card on a stand with our names on it. The photos on the handover absolutely brilliant we felt like royalty at all times. In this dealership the whole staff made us feel at home at all times. The Sales Executive had a warm friendly manner and was very helpful and clear on the packages that were available on my budget. I purchased a Nissan Micra over my budget and because of the exceptional service that I received from her I was happy to commit to her to a higher budget. I would recommend Bristol Street Nissan Widnes to any of my friends as the service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful and they treated me like a person and not a customer.

I would like to inform you of my experience with Maklin Motors (Nissan) at Glasgow, from the first contact with your saleswoman she was very helpful and not to pushy when we were deciding to update our car, when entering the showroom,there was a warm welcoming presence that automatically put you to ease, we were offered drinks and it wasn't to much trouble to change my coffee to decaf and my 7 year old was fussed over with drinks and crisps and some colouring books to keep her entertained which was much appreciated, when introduced to the sales manager I thought the hard sale would begin and I pleased to say there was no pressure and he couldn't have been more helpful as we had a budget in mind, I was pleased with my choice a Nissan Note N-Tec and when picking the car up we liked again the fuss they made over us, especially when you are spending a lot of money, you want the experience to be memorable which it was, your staff is credit to you and I would like to say a big thank you to them all.

I am writing to express my delight with the new car I purchased last week from Macklin Motors, Glasgow.
