I would like to send a word of praise to the Service Manager. I called in to see if it would be possible for somebody to look at a faulty catch on the glovebox of my car. He immediately arranged for one of the technicians to sort the matter out then and there. In these days of being fobbed off and poor service, I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to meet a young man as smart and cheerful as he was, and also to receive what I consider to be a first class service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the sales executive for the way he conducted himself when we visited your Bristol Street Motors branch to look at the used cars. Having walked away from a couple of other dealers due to aggressive sales staff, it was a refreshing change to meet the sales executive who seemed genuinely interested in helping us choose the car that was right for us and not the car that he wanted us to buy. Also received great help from the team when we came in to pick up the car we purchased. A detailed handover and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Excellent service from both salesmen, well done!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were made very welcome. Nothing was any trouble. I observed all customers were made welcome too, coffee and tea on offer, no one was pressurised and the sales executive took his time with us.
