I just wanted to take the time to pass on my compliments about the service I received from Victor last week.

I phoned your garage on spec last week as I had seen a number of used Nissan Jukes on your web site.

I spoke to Victor and explained my requirements and he went out of his way to meet them. When he said he would come back to me he did and I was impressed with his can do attitude and professionalism.

As a result I have bought a car from you and although Bristol Street Motors Darlington is quite a distance from Blaydon, if first impressions are anything to go by, I will be a repeat customer with you.

I ordered my Nissan Micra from Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Darlington i just wanted to say what excellent customer service i recieved from Chris!

We bought a Nissan Leaf from Bradford Bristol Street Motors. What a brilliant experience !! They were helpful and could not have done more. We had a couple of concerns, but these were sorted very quickly and have since had no problems. We would not hesitate to use them again and we would recommend to friends. Sam and Andrew are wonderfully helpful. I feel we could contact them at any time for help and advice if needed. They are a credit to the company. Well done to all the team !! If only all car salesmen were like you.

Having just purchased a my brand new Nissan Quashqai, I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received at Bristol Street Motors Widnes. From the moment I first stepped into the showroom and was greeted by Amy, I knew that I was in good hands and this was the place where I wanted to buy my car. From that initial day browsing the showroom, right through to driving away my new car, the service I received was superb. Buying a new car sometimes be stressful, but never before I have been in a car show room as welcoming and friendly, with staff so pleasant and helpful. I also want to particularly single out Amy, who helped me out so much and never let the obstacles we came across get in the way. Had it not been for the efforts of Amy I would of almost certainly given up and gone home. Having worked in customer facing industry for over 10 years, I can honestly say that I have never come across a better example of how to provide an outstanding level Customer Service than of than demonstrated by Amy. Polite, incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, she is an absolute credit to your organisation. I have already started to recommend Bristol Street Motors to all of my family and friends, thank you so much for exceeding all of my expectations!
