Just like to say that I'm delighted with my new Nissan cube I purchased from Macklin Motors in Darnley. The salesman was wonderful and very patient with me talking me through all the different gadgets in the car. I've been in a few times with queries (how does this work) feeling a bit silly but this is no problem they take the time to show me. These boys are very professional and do a great job always offering u a cup of tea. I love my car and enjoyed this experience and didn't feel under any pressure. This is the third car I've purchased and can honestly say the service at Macklin Motors was the best. I'll be popping back in as the boys are putting on my personal reg.

I would just like to say that Sales Executive made me feel very special from the moment I came in to the showroom up till I took my new car away. He was friendly, professional and a great credit to your company. He wasn't pushy and really made the whole experience very enjoyable for me. There was some nice little touches like the way my car was presented when I collected it. The whole deal suited me exactly from start to finish and he made it that little bit special.

I must say I was very impressed with the service I received from your staff yesterday starting from the lady on the reception who welcomed in a warm friendly manner to the team leader and the Sales Executive. They took their time to explain everything even though it was almost time to close up they were not really worried about time. I say thank you very much.

Then our dealings with other staff were second to none, from keeping us informed on the progress of our car. The best bit was when we were sent a text photo with my new car after it had the tribal decals fitted.
