I am writing to compliment a member of your staff for exceptional customer service. Today I needed to bring my motability car in for the air conditioning. The service advisor acted with the normal excellent customer service of all Bristol Street Motors staff, however they stood out from the rest for their compassion. I use a walking stick and we had to walk to my own car for the visual check then back to the courtesy car. They made a point of asking me if I needed a break in walking. They did this without making me feel pitied. This is the first time anyone has actually taken the time to understand my mobility issues in that way and I truly appreciated it. What may seem a little thing to some can mean a great deal to someone else. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks and appreciation to the Service Advisor and their manager. My Sales Executive was very helpful and patiently advised what I needed to do at each stage until I picked up my car.
