Returned to the Carlisle showroom looking for a replacement vehicle after purchasing my Corsa back in 2014. When I rang to book the car in they were courteous and took the time to ensure all details were correct. On the day, I was delayed by traffic, but was not made to feel this was a problem. The Service Advisor was very quick in checking the car in and in settling my account when I collected. All in all, very satisfied with the service and work carried out by this branch.
