I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from Bristol Street Motors Chingford and I have recently had a full Service done. I was assisted by a gentalman called Colin. I must say his service was spot on and I will always go back to him for his excellent customer service.
At Bristol Street Motors (Lichfield) I was very well looked after by a friendly salesman who was knowledgeable and helpful. I found the whole experience very pleasant and the atmosphere relaxed and professional.

In all my years of choosing a Motability vehicle, I have never had this type of treatment. He was kind, informative, I even had my 12 year old, with me, this time, but your Motability Specialist made both of us feel as if my purchase, mattered. He kept in touch with me, making sure, I knew all I had to know, regarding (change over) of vehicles etc after looking over the vehicle (I choose Astra GTC SRI Auto 1.4).

We recently purchased a new car, when we first arrived we knew what we wanted from our new car, but had no idea what car would fit such criteria. We were served by a Sales Executive who carefully listened to our list of needs and helped us pick the most suitable car with which we are extremely happy. He was very polite, helpful and reliable throughout. When collecting the car we had arrived half an hour early, but the car was ready for collection with no wait. Upon collection he had explained the features of the car to the extent that the manual does in a matter of minutes in a very simple way. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and will be purchasing our next car from Waltham Cross Vauxhall.
I'd just like to pass on some great feedback to the team at Newcastle Vauxhall. My Corsa was serviced last week and I was provided with a courtesy car for the day. As well as this, I was promised a discount as part of the loyalty reward scheme, even though I had 'forgot' to produce my card. This morning I received a cheque as promised. I will definitely use Bristol Street Motors again in the future. I feel like a valued customer.
Having purchased a Corsa from Seat Derby and just wanted to comment on my great experience. Not being sure on the model I wanted due to the comfort of the seats Mark took the time to show me several cars to make sure the seats were comfortable. Not having a 5 door on site Mark and Matt searched the system and found me my perfect car. I'd like to thank them both for the time they took, for the courteous way in which I was treated and for agreeing to a price which meant I could have a newer car than I thought for my money.
The service I received was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was fully explained and I was kept informed at all stages of the purchase of my new car. Very happy with the service given.
