I brought my Astra in after warning lights refused to shut off & dropped the vehicle off with Jaina a service advisor.Jaina was a pleasure to deal with, she called me 3-4 times that day to update me on how my vehicle was progressing & told me additional work needed to be carried out.When I explained I could not immediately afford the cost of the additional repairs (bearing in mind my car had only been serviced in December & was 1 month out of warranty, she called Vauxhall & they - to their credit & generosity - waived most of the fee due to me being so close to the warranty date still being valid.I returned to collect my Astra a very happy customer & was also delighted to see it had been washed & cleaned inside & out.You have top class staff working for youI'll be back at the end of the year for a service.
