My car tyre was punctured but when its dealt with as smoothly and proficiently as the service department at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle its fantastic.

We were very pleased with the extremely helpful nature of Balvinder Singh. Whenver we had any queries about the car, he dealth with them promptly. I was very pleased with all of this as the end result was that it got a car that im 100% happy with.

I decided the best place to look for a Vauxhall Astra/Corsa Ecoflex was a Vauxhall dealer. I was greeted on the forecourt by a gentleman called Balvinder Singh, he was so polite & helpful, he listened to my concerns and i was not pressurised into buying something I didn't want & he completely reassured me that he would look for exactly what I had asked for & at my budget. I changed my mind constantly, but he was happy to reassess costs. Before I left he had found the exact car that I discussed, for a brilliant price and a service that was second to none. Initial negotiations were by the phone with Peter, he was very pleasant and straightforward gave me every detail I asked for and gave me a very fair deal. For my first new car i decided to shop around.

On parking up i took a look at the cars outside. A really friendly chap, paul, greeted me outside and asked if he could help and what i was ideally looking for.

I was ideally after a new or used corsa so Paul explained that there were many elaerships within the company that may have my requirments and he would check the stock. I had seen the car i liked on the website.

Unfrotunatly the car i had seen had now been sold but this was not a problem for Paul as he showed me some alternatives. After some quick searches we found some suitable cars.

I was able to every step of the way feel relaxed and comfortable knowing that everyone in the Bristol Street motors Burton dealership were looking after me and the whole process was very professional and smooth running.

All the paperwork and guidance was extreamly clear and concise.

As a valued customer i will always come back to Bristol Street motors Burton for a top class selcetion of cars and great service! this is the first new car i have owned, so i was a little unsure of what to expect from a main delaer. i was very impressed with the professionalism and courteous manner in which i was treated. i was made to feel that i was important by Bristol Street Motors Northampton and that i was a valued customer. Everyone i spoke too was very polite. I was made comfortable at the dealership. The service was done and my car was returned to me clean and tidy.the young lady i spoke to at the service desk was a credit to your company, a first class team member. I recently took my car into Bristol Street Motors Northampton for its first service, I wanted to say how impressed I was with your Service Advisor Leeanne. She is extremely professional and delivers on her promises. When she says she will ring and do something she does and she is the only person who has bothered to take the time out to explain the issues with my car in a language I understand and the fees and charges associated with it. I had an excellent customer experience which I wanted to share.
