Dear Bristol Street Motors, I would like to say a huge thank you to Terry (salesman at the Newcastle Vauxhall Branch). He sold me a Vauxhall Mokka and valued my previous car for part exchange. I would like to say thank you to Terry for a number of reasons. Firstly he made the buying process seamless and stress free. He allowed me time to think and advised me the best model to purchase for my needs. Secondly, despite being on annual leave he came into the office to take me for a second test-drive in the Mokka I would be purchasing. Thirdly, I had had some bad news (family members ill health) just before stepping foot into the garage the day I was going to look at the vehicle. His humility and kindness is something I will not forget. Overall I just wanted to say that Terry is an exceptional salesmen and you should be proud to have him as a member of staff.

It is not often that I feel prompted to do this, but I feel that I should write and thank you and the staff of Bristol Street Motors, in particular Graham for the splendid service which I received during the recent purchase of my Vauxhall. Graham, I felt, went out of his way to keep me posted on how things were going and what was remarkable in this day and age was that when he said he would phone me at a given time, he did, but what was even more pleasant was that never once during our association did I get the impression that it was just another car sale. So my special thanks to Graham and also to Jamie, who I believe handled the financial side and Geoff, who drove the car down. All in all, a splendid service and I shall have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my friends who are looking to buy a car.

I have used them over many years as I am a driving instructor and specialise in teaching pupils with special needs, I have always found the staff very helpful and they do everything possible to get me back on the road with minimum delay, although the vehicle is not bought through them as it is a lease vehicle, Lex autolease, I always recommend Bristol Street Motors to my pupils, some of whom qualify through the Motability Scheme.

I just wanted to write to congratulate you on having such a cohesive and effective team of people at Bristol Street Motors in Waltham Cross. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

Just over 2 weeks ago I was looking at cars, unsure of what I wished to buy and found Barry to be one of the most helpful sales people ever. What he doesn't know about sales you could write on a postage stamp but he never �sold me' anything. He listened and advised and seemed to have the answers to all my questions but most importantly I never felt I was being given the hard sell.
His colleagues although not directly involved with myself all played a significant part in the sales process as they too took time out to speak to me and were always helpful and welcoming.

Having finally decided on the car that had caught my eye, Kevin became involved and was also a pleasure to deal with. A car was found very quickly with Kevin's help, that met my specifications and within two weeks of my initial visit I had made a purchase which I am extremely happy with. So I am now the happy owner of an Astra GTC 2.0 sri.

I can honestly say I have never been as impressed as I was with the service I received.

Hi! Just to say "Thank You" for getting my car fixed for me.

I would like to express my comments on the excellent service I received from Steve based at Abbey Rd Durham.
My Corsa was transported by breakdown services to the garage .Steve informed me by phone that it had arrived and would call me back to inform me what was needed to repair the car, which he did. I felt happy that my car was in good hands with capable people. Steve telephoned again and left message on answer machine to say work was complete .I called next morning to say I would be calling to collect car, upon arrival he greeted myself and my son with a warm handshake and we had a chat about car etc. He is an excellent ambassador for your company,very professional in a friendly easy manner, his customer care shone through. My Son and I left the premises with a very good impression of the company and Steve in particular.
Also to Matthew who worked on my car ...THANK-YOU for a job well done,as without my car I would not be able to continue my employment.

The issue was resolved and a fantastic job done, i left very very happy. Today was the icing on the cake.. Had what i thought was a very expensive gearbox problem (i couldnt select all gears) rang steve on the off chance someone could have a look. Then sure enough the problem was fixed! It was a stone that had lodged in the gear linkage!! The very competent mechanic removed it then test drove the car. Absolutely over the moon with the service i received and will certainly use the branch again! Thank you.
