I just wanted to write a quick email to say thank you for the excellent treatment that I received from your staff at Chingford Vauxhall. My Insignia VXR had developed a battery problem, and was draining charge.

My regular servicing garage didn't have an appointment slot available in its servicing department, and I needed the car to be fixed urgently, as I was going on holiday. Bristol Street Motors could squeeze me in straight away.

The service was excellent, and so helpful and courteous! I have since changed my Vauxhall servicing to you at Bristol Street Motors, and would recommend any other Vauxhall owner to do the same!

For a number of years now I have been a customer at your Bristol Street Motors Sunderland Vauxhall Dealership. In all that time I have received nothing but excellent service, both from the Salesperson I deal with and the staff on the Service Desk.
They have always been most courteous and helpful - i.e with the sale of a new car or with any after sales problems I may have had - and from my point of view, to date, I cannot fault their professionalism in any way. I hope this service will continue for many years to come.
