I have recently received my 3rd Motability vehicle from your Motabilty Specialist David. I must say it was a pleasure once again to have David deal with all the procedures from beginning to hand over. He makes you feel special, comfortable, nothing is a problem and answers any questions. David is an all round GENTLEMAN, which is hard to come by these days. I could have gone to any dealer in Motability, but, because of David I came back Sunderland. He is not just a Sales Person for Motability. He is a "SPECIALIST" in his own right. A caring friend to everyone.

I would like to thank the staff at Carlisle service centre i dealt with last week when my Insignia SRI, rear brake pads and discs had to be replaced while on holiday. This was done very quickly with a great deal of courtesy including taking my wife and my self into town to see the castle while the repair work was carried out and then collected and brought back to the dealership.

Jonathan delivered excellent service even though I went in a few times over a period of 6 weeks and didn't commit to the sale for a while he didn't make me feel I was being a pain. Gary the sales manager also delivered excellent customer service and both were very approachable throughout the whole time.

I would like to say how impressed I was when we bought our new car from you. No high pressure sales, just clear concise information when we asked for it. The salesman, Stevie, bent over backwards to get what we wanted, and even rang my husband a few days after we collected the car to check that everything was okay. My daughter bought her car from this branch some years ago and we were so impressed with the service she received that we started taking our old car there for MOT's and so on. They were happy to oblige even though it was a different make. They have the idea that the customer is important. It makes a refreshing change and I'm sure brings in a lot of repeat and recommended trade.

I would like to say I was truly impressed with the treatment I received as a brand new customer. All staff was friendly and approachable. First impression is very important. Positive representation of the company is vital in whether a customer stays or leaves.

May I just mention the excellent customer service skills of Neil in the service department at Crewe. Having enquired as to the possibility of acquiring a spare key for my vehicle some months ago, Neil confirmed that the key was now in his possession and arranged a collection time for the next day. The key was then programmed to the vehicle within the timescale stated, this man's courteous manner and professional attitude is exactly what I and other customers should expect from a Vauxhall main dealership.

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Jonny for making the whole experience of buying a car a pleasure. He was courteous and knowledgeable throughout and even delivered the car to a dealership closer to my home for collection. I got a great deal and the car more than lives up to my expectations.

I took delivery of the Astra Sport GTC and I am thorough pleased at the performance, looks and design appeal of this car. It is amazing how many persons stop and admire this car, which is in Power Red. Although I am in my seventies now, this car makes me feel young again and I enjoy the admiring looks and comments that I now get from strangers about this car.
