Having purchased an Astra 12 months ago at Hexham I booked it in for a service yesterday. I want to tell you how very impressed and satisfied my wife and I�are at the personal service and attention given to us by your staff. I have a service plan with you and whilst i thought there maybe extras to pay for I was delighted that all I had to pay for was two jobs mentioned as needing doing when you did the MOT a month ago.

A sales team that didn't miss lead the customer and really showed they cared about you needs. Sales team communication was very good.

I've recently acquired a motability Astra arranged by your motability specialist. From the moment we met he was friendly and professional. I must just add that he went the extra mile when it was discovered a minor fault existed on the car as he gave me a lift to work and picked up the car from work where necessary to have service at your branch check it out. He did his utmost to reduce my inconvenience.
It is common that some conditions appear much worse and are more difficult to manage when a disabled person is put in a stressful and\or intimidating environment. I must stress that this was certainly NOT the case when dealing with him and he therefore appears to be fully understanding of disabled people making him a valuable employee.

I went to Waltham Cross Vauxhall. From the moment my partner and I arrived nothing was to much trouble for the staff. We came away was a Vauxhall Corsa which we are more than happy with. Thanks.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received. This was my first experience of buying a car on my own (usually done by my husband), and your Sales Executive was able to guide me through the procees without any pressure, and in a totally professional manner, she is a credit to the company.
