I feel I must put pen to paper to let you know of the terrific personal service I had from Bristol Street motors at Chesterfield. I purchased a new Astra SE for the 1st of March for my wife they could not have been more helpful in every way �they did everything I asked for and more �the car looked a million dollars when my wife saw it she was over the moon .I must �single out the Secretary, the Service Receptionist, the Sales Executive and the Service Manager. I cannot speak too highly of them I would recommend them to anyone and I speak as a customer of buying 7 new Vauxhalls in the last 8 years and in total 17 in my lifetime.

I am a customer of your Lichfield Branch.and would like to commend the actions of your Service Manager at Lichfield. He took the action of customer care to its highest level by coming out at very short notice to my home and re-established my 2009 Zafira back to running order.

The sales service was really fantastic. Although the car was relatively inexpensive your sales executive was wonderful and the general service fantastic. He helped me to narrow down what I was looking for in price range, sorted all the details and insurance promptly and efficiently, cleaned the car and sent someone over to pick me up to collect the car. The service really could not be faulted and was exceptional.
