Actor Brian Blessed Presents Derby Service Advisor With National Award

A service advisor at Bristol Street Motors Renault Derby has won a prestigious national award for her dedication to excellent customer service.

Collette Wood was presented with a Vertu Masters Award by larger than life actor Brian Blessed. She won the Service Advisor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Champion Award, which recognises the Group’s top performing colleague in relation to customer service and experience. Vertu Motors employs more than 300 service advisors across its 125 outlets.

Vertu Motors inducted 27 new members into its Masters Club, which recognises colleagues from the Group’s 125 dealerships who have excelled in their role and delivered outstanding levels of performance.

The winners were chosen from nominations made by their colleagues and 2019 saw a record number submitted.

General Manager Tom Garrattsaid: “Bristol Street Motors Renault Derby is now the number one site for customer service in the whole of the UK. Collette has been a huge part of this, and the results achieved by the dealership over the last six months could not have been delivered without her massive contribution.

“She is a worthy winner of the award.”

The award ceremony, held at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds, featured colleagues from every area of the business, including drivers, valeters, apprentices, sales executives and administration colleagues praised for their performance.

The glitzy event featured Strictly star Anton du Beke tripping the light fantastic with Erin Boag and music from Killer Queen, the leading tribute act for Freddie Mercury’s iconic group.
