Award Winning Customer Satisfaction
The dealership on Green Street was one of just 14 in the UK to be presented with the 2012 Chairman’s Award for servicing, which is Ford’s most prestigious award for customer satisfaction.
In customer satisfaction surveys the Service department received one of the highest overall Service Satisfaction Net Promoter scores.
The score is generated by the customers of the dealership as Ford continuously carries out extensive research to assess how customers feel about the quality of service they receive from their dealer.
Dealerships that win the award not only meet their customers’ expectations when it comes to having their vehicle serviced, but exceed them, as demonstrated by Ford Orpington’s Net Promoter score.
Andy Barratt, Director of Sales, Ford Motor Company UK, presented the award to colleagues at Ford Orpington.
Dave Murphy, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Ford in Orpington, said: “We are delighted to receive the Chairman's Award and be recognised as one of the top 14 Ford dealerships in the UK. The award is the ultimate test of the service we provide because it is judged by our customers.
