Fiat to showcase LCVs at CV Show
Fiat plans to showcase a range of light commercial vehicles (LCV) at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham next month.
Forming the centre piece of the exhibition will be the new Fiat Doblo Cargo, which was recently named International Van of the Year 2011 and boasts a large payload, with new engines that are cheaper and cleaner to run.
It is available in seven forms - Cargo, Cargo Maxi, Cargo SX, Cargo Maxi SX, Combi, Combi Maxi and Platform Cab.
The Euro 5 Fiorino and the Punto Evo van ranges will debut at the show, while the Fiat Ducato and Scudo vans will also be viewable by visitors.
"The Fiat range of award-winning vehicles has been enjoying a high level of interest from customers and the media, and this is set to continue with the introduction of new environmentally-friendly Euro 5 engines in the Fiorino, Scudo and Punto Evo," said Gerry Clarke, director of Fiat Professional UK.
According to the manufacturer, the Fiat Ducato recently won the Which Motorhome? Base Vehicle award for the fifth consecutive year.
