Fiat to unveil new Punto Van in CV Show
Fiat unveiled its newest Punto Van at the CV show in Birmingham earlier today (April 24th).
The Italian manufacturer explained that the New Punto Van is replacing the Grand Punto Van in its Fiat Professional line-up and claimed the new model offers a "wealth of improvements".
Those looking for a new commercial vehicle could be tempted to think Fiat as the new van boasts a load capacity of 1.0 m3 and a payload of 520 kg.
The new model comes with Fiat's Electronic Stability Programme and Brake Assistance System, remote central locking, electric front windows, electric mirrors, CD/MP3 player and electric power steering as standard.
New additions to the 2012 version of the popular van include fully colour-coded front and rear bumpers, which Fiat claims give the van a "more sophisticated look".
"The new model combines the successful style of both the Grande Punto and Punto Evo passenger cars, so the interior features new sportier seat fabrics and on the SX version there is a new dashboard with soft touch materials and an elegant design," the firm explained.
