First All-New Dacia Spring Delivered to UK Customer

John Davies, a first-time electric car owner, ordered the All-New Dacia Spring back in June before even seeing the car in showrooms.

The All-New Dacia Spring has officially hit UK roads, after the first delivery was made to Hampshire-based customer John Davies.

The new EV has already won several awards before its arrival, including ‘EV Deal of the Century’ and ‘The Most Eagerly Awaited Electrified Car of 2024’.

A big fan of the Dacia brand, Mr Davies has owned several models including a Dacia Sandero Stepway and his current car – a Dacia Duster. He selected a Dusty Khaki-finished Spring in the Extreme trim.

Commenting on his new car, Mr Davies said:

“I was really keen to get an electric car and had complete trust in Dacia, so knew the Spring would be good and was happy to order it before seeing one. The Spring is perfect for commuting to work and will make my journeys cheaper.”

If you read our first look at the All-New Dacia Spring, you’ll know there’s lots to love. It offers generous equipment as standard, with either a 45hp or 65hp electric motor and a 26.8kWh battery.

On the mixed cycle, you can expect around 140 miles (WLTP) range, while on the urban cycle this is around 186 miles (WLTP). This gives you enough for six days of driving on average when in the city. With a 30kW DC charger, it can be recharged to 80% in less than an hour.

A spacious 308-litre boot offers plenty of space to store luggage and other essentials. Meanwhile, other storage compartments are available throughout the cabin, amounting to a further 32.7 litres of space.

With the My Dacia app, you can check your battery level or range and schedule charging. You can even pre-heat or cool the cabin before you step inside so you can get comfortable right away behind the wheel.
