Hyundai's new Display Audio system with Carplay and Android Auto integrated will appear in new models by 2016
Hyundai is to unveil its latest smartphone-integrated Display Audio system in the New Year at the Consumer Electronics Show which will take place in Vegas.
Only a small group of cars are introducing the Apple Carplay and the system is expected to appear in the Hyundai model range by 2016.
The system will connect your Apple or Android phone to the system where you can appreciate full use of your smartphones features including access to music, contacts, maps, messaging and even Apple's 'Siri'.
Drivers can request traffic information, songs and even access scores to their favourite teams and film times by talking to the system.
Hyundai's new Blue Link uses a 4g connection and allows customers to activate climate control, produce a monthly vehicle health report, remotely start their car and even locate and recover stolen vehicles.
Although the brand are yet to confirm which UK models will first receive the technology, 19 new or updated models are expected to be made with the system come 2017. With these high numbers, it is likely that the majority of the model range will be kitted out the same.
